Entry Requirements

  • Completed Year 13 (general education)
  • or Diploma in Computing
  • or at least 6 years experience in a related ICT field
  • A minimum of 17 years of age


Upon completion of this course students will be proficient in:

  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicating with clients to determine requirements
    • Interpreting software manual instructions
    • Working with third parties in a technical capacity
    • Developing user documentation for appropriate audiences
    • Assessing and recording information from various sources
  • Problem solving
    • Determining likely uses of documentation
    • Troubleshooting ICT related issues
    • Identify and apply skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts
    • Planning the implementation of software changes
    • Selecting, installing, and using computer software and hardware
  • Learning and teaching
    • Provide instruction to clients on the use of software
    • Review client feedback and identify areas for improvement


All E.I.T courses are accredited by Vanuatu Qualification Authority and are recognisable throughout the Pacific region. To Successfully complete this course you must complete all units with an average score of 60% or higher in each unit assessed. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded an Advanced Diploma in Information Systems.
